Oasis + Guitar Hero: World Tour
I guess you could say Noel Gallagher is a fan of guitar hero. When asked how he felt about guitar hero he was quoted, “If it puts little plastic guitars into kids’ hands and fires their imaginations, I think that’s a good thing. It’s harmless fun, innit.
I’d rather that genre of video games than somebody getting their fucking head chopped off with a samurai sword while getting fucked by a goblin up the arse with a laser. Do you know what I mean?”
It should be no surprise Oasis has teamed up with the best selling video game of 2007 to release their newest album, “Dig Out Your Soul” in entirety in 2009.
“The Shock of Lightning,” “Bag It Up” and “Waiting for the Rapture” will be released on XBox 360 and Playstation3 on November 6.
Until then Oasis fans can currently find “Rock ‘N Roll Star,” “Live Forever,” “Wonderwall” and “Don’t Look Back in Anger” for download on Rock Band on XBox 360 and Playstation 3.
